Limoncello

Our Limoncello is based on a 6-generation family recipe that we are proud to offer from our family to yours. Real lemon zest is infused in a neutral spirit for 3 months, followed by a 1 month sweetening period. Naturally sweet zest, spirit, sugar and water are the only ingredients in our Limoncello. No artificial ingredients ever!

Orangecello

We produce our Orangecello using the same manufacturing techniques as our Limoncello but infused with all natural orange zest rather than lemon. This liqueur is perfect for creative cocktails. Naturally sweet but balanced, this liqueur can transform a cocktail that requires triple sec into a robust cocktail with a burst of real orange flavors.

Grapefruit Cello

All the grapefruit flavor without the sour and bitterness. Built on the idea that flavor is the essence of a cocktail, this liqueur enhances cocktails when citrus flavor falls flat. Use this cello in traditional cocktails like a Greyhound or Paloma, while not needing to counterbalance the bitterness of grapefruit juice.

Limecello

Limecello is one of our customer favorites! This liqueur provides endless creation opportunities such as an Italian Margarita, Limecello Mojito or a Limecello and Tonic. Natural lime flavor with a hint of sweetness leads to a refreshing but not overpowering finish.

Limited Edition Limoncello

When Noble Cut Distillery first opened, we planned to distribute a 100-proof (50% alc./vol.) limoncello that is close to Noble Cut Distillery Founder Tony Guilfoy’s family recipe. We were advised that it might be too high of alcohol to be enjoyed by customers and restaurants in their cocktail programs. In celebration of Noble Cut’s 8th year in business, Tony decided it was time to release the family secret recipe for a distillery only product. The Limited Edition Limoncello is 100-proof yet taste smoother than the 80-proof limoncello. In 2024, the Limited Edition Limoncello was awarded “Best in Class” at the 2024 SIP International Spirits Competition as well as being named the 2023 Best New Ohio Made Spirit award by the Columbus Craft Cocktail Trail.

Cento

A collaboration between Noble Cut Distillery and Cameron Mitchell Restaurant Group, Cento was created to celebrate Cameron Mitchell’s 100th restaurant. Taking the Noble Cut Distillery Limoncello base, a secondary 2-week maturation with blood orange zest is completed prior to blending with the Cento syrup. The Cento syrup is a combination of simple syrup, chamomile flower, and Madagascar vanilla paste. This layered and complex Cello is 60-proof (30% alc/vol.), and pairs well with a flute of Champagne.

Melon Basil

Our second collaboration with Cameron Mitchell to celebrate the opening of Valentina’s Italian restaurant, Noble Cut was tasked with the challenge of making a savory, garden themed limoncello that evokes Italian flavors. Our Limoncello base goes through a second maturation with fresh cantaloupe which is then blended with a basil infused simple syrup. Sitting at 60-proof (30%alc./vol.), this balanced Limoncello has three distinct layers; lemon leads to melon that finishes with sweet basil. Mix with a sour beer for a boost.
